More specifically, data are used solely
1) for purposes related to the booking, reservation and cancellation for your stay at Ca’ dei Canali. All your data will be deleted 48h after the check-out or the cancellation of your booking.
2) for purposes related to obligations under the law and regulations.
3) only if required – for the email dispatch of the newsletter of cadecanali.it, further to registration on the reserved area of the site. The provision of data the data covered by this disclaimer is compulsory. In the event of failure to provide the above data, cadeicanali.it will be unable to proceed with dispatch of the newsletter.
Personal data are processed by manual or electronic or other automated IT and telematic means, by procedures closely linked to the aforesaid purposes, and in all cases in such a manner as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Michela Franzato, as owner and tenant of Ca’ dei Canali, may disclose your personal data to other persons who may become aware of the data as “trustees” or “authorised users” only for reasons of a technical and organisational nature related to the check-in and check-out, the management of this website, and for the dispatch of the newsletter.

The data controller is Michel Franzato. The authorised users of the personal data are family coworkers and who assigned to manage the database, in accordance with their respective areas of competence.
