Comfortable and typical Venetian apartment of 60 mqs, with an ancient wooden truss ceiling. Recently renovated, it is placed on the first floor (one flight of 15 steps) of a small house in the Sestiere of Dorsoduro, closed to Campo San Barnaba, Campo Santa Margherita and Zattere. From its windows, all overlooking the Rio dell’Avogaria and the Rio di San Barnaba, you can admire some gondolas and boats pass by and be immersed in an autentic venetian atmosphere. Composed of entrance, living room, 1 double room, equipped kitchen, bath and a small loft. A double bed is in the bedroom (mattress cm 170×200) and an additional single bed is stored inside the base of the sofa in the living room (to be set up on advance request in case the two guests wish to sleep separately) . The apartment is part of a traditional house consisting of a total of two apartments that both belong to my family. The entrance to the building is from a private courtyard (1 step) that the house shares with other few homes.
